With over 20 years of practicing law in Hawaii, Emily Gardner handles transactions and disputes involving commercial tenants, real estate, business, and contract law. Known for providing a high level of personal service and for her solution-based approach to addressing legal issues, Emily carefully tailors her services to meet each client’s individual needs, always keeping the client’s goals and satisfaction clearly in the forefront.

A long time kamaaina, Emily earned her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Richardson School of Law, followed by a Master’s in Law (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Hawaii as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

In addition to her law degrees, Emily holds a Master of Science in zoology, also from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from the University of Delaware. She is also a certified mediator and facilitator.

Emily is currently an active member of the Hawaii Bar Association’s Real Property and Financial Services, Business Law, Probate and Estate, and Environment, Energy and Natural Resources sections. In the past, she has worked as a senior associate at Clay Chapman Crumpton Iwamura & Pulice and DeVries & Associates.
